This blend contain herbs with active constituents such as baicalin and nepetalacotone which works as a herbal sedatives that promotes relaxation, prevents neurodegeneratiove diseases, reduces stress, anxiety and contain pharmacological mechanisms such as anti-excititoxcity and anti-apoptotic effects.

Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day.
